On August 7, Wuhan GZTECH Technology Co., Ltd. successfully held its new product launch event in Jinan. Following the new product launch held in Shenzhen in July, GZTECH once again brought multiple innovative laser products and application solutions to the North China market.

  • Consumer-Grade MOPA-S2 Series: Covering a power range of 20W to 300W, the series features a compact and highly integrated design, making it suitable for desktop applications such as creative engraving and personalized marking.
  • Consumer-Grade Air-Cooled UV Series: Featuring excellent heat dissipation performance and built-in intelligent power compensation, the series maintains stable output even in high-temperature environments of 35–50°C. Focusing on Intelligent Cleaning Upgrades to Build Full-Scenario Laser Cleaning Solutions

GZTECH provides a comprehensive laser cleaning product portfolio covering different power levels and application scenarios:

  • Cleaning S2 Series: Covering a power range of 100–500W, the 500W model measures only 371.5 × 295 × 122mm and weighs 12kg, making it easy to integrate into handheld or compact automated equipment. It supports adjustable pulse widths from 20–500ns to accommodate various cleaning applications. With operating noise below 80dB at full power and a frequency below 1kHz, it provides a more comfortable working environment.
  • High-Power Cleaning Series: The 1000W air-cooled laser cleaning source offers selectable single-pulse energies of 2/5/15mJ, single-mode beam quality of M²<1.8, and maintenance-free air cooling. The 2000W single-mode and 3000W multimode water-cooled laser cleaning sources are also available. The 3000W model achieves a texturing efficiency of 25,000mm²/s, 70% higher than the 2000W model, significantly improving large-area cleaning efficiency.
  • Composite Dual-Beam Cleaning Series: Pulsed 500W + CW 2000W: The center beam uses a single-mode MOPA (2mJ, 500W), while the outer ring uses a 2000W continuous-wave beam, for a total power of 2500W. With 10m QBH output and a divergence angle of ≤160mrad, it delivers 320% higher rust-removal efficiency than pulsed laser cleaning while causing less damage. Dual-Spot Pulsed 500W + CW 2000W: The system features a single-mode MOPA (2mJ, 500W) pulsed laser and a single-mode 2000W continuous-wave laser, with a total power of 2500W. It provides 10m QBH output and a divergence angle of ≤140mrad, achieving 320% higher rust-removal efficiency than pulsed laser cleaning and producing a cleaner, brighter surface.

Deepening Expertise in Hard and Brittle Materials and Precision Welding with QCW and ADR Series

To meet the processing requirements of hard and brittle materials, highly reflective materials, and precision manufacturing, GZTECH has introduced QCW (Quasi-Continuous Wave) laser sources and ring-shaped beam welding solutions.

  • QCW Series: Covering a power range of 50W–2000W, the series is suitable for processing hard and brittle materials such as silicon carbide and silicon nitride, as well as applications including precision cutting, micro-hole drilling, and deep engraving.
  • ADR Ring-Shaped Beam Series: The center and outer ring can be independently controlled, with dual analog control for power and independently editable waveforms for the inner and outer rings. With a power adjustment range of 0–100% and output instability of <±1.5%, the series covers a full power range from 500+500W to 4000+2000W. The center beam features a beam quality of M²<1.2, while the outer ring has a BPP<4.5mm·mrad, meeting the stringent requirements of high-end welding applications.

Targeting Surface Treatment: Sandblasting, Drilling, and Paint Removal in One Unit

Addressing the demand for high efficiency, high precision, and multi-process integration in industrial surface treatment, GZTECH has introduced the GT Series high-peak-power integrated laser sources.

The series adopts optimized fiber selection and amplification designs, combining high peak power, high beam quality, and stable, reliable performance. Based on an all-fiber architecture and flexible pulse control capabilities, it is compatible with conventional MOPA control systems and can meet various process requirements including sandblasting, drilling, and paint removal. It is widely applicable to industrial precision processing scenarios such as anodized aluminum treatment, smart mirror processing, and precision micro-hole manufacturing.

Expanding into High-End UV Applications to Empower Precision Manufacturing in Semiconductors, Photovoltaics, 3C Electronics, and More

For high-end manufacturing fields such as 3C electronics, photovoltaics, and semiconductors, GZTECH has introduced its solid-state UV laser source series to address industry challenges including rapid optical power degradation and high maintenance costs associated with conventional UV light sources.

The high-power wavelength-switching UV laser source features 10-position automatic wavelength switching and power compensation mechanisms, with a single position achieving more than 1,700 hours of aging operation without optical power degradation, significantly reducing laser source maintenance costs. Typical applications include high-end precision processing such as carbon fiber cutting and PCB cutting.
