The GZTECH 2026 New Year Annual Meeting Concludes Successfully

On December 26th, our GZTECH 2026 New Year's Eve Annual Meeting has successfully concluded, themed "Step onto the Big Stage, Achieve Great Success."The Senior executives, all employees, and special guests gathered to review the growth and achievements of 2025 and discuss the opportunities and journey ahead in 2026.

Strategic Guidance: Three Key Speeches Define Development Direction

At the annual meeting, GZTECH Chairman Mr Huang Zhihua, Vice President of  R&D Mr Li Chao, and Vice President of Marketing Mr Zhu Xing delivered keynote speeches, they comprehensively outlining the next stage of GZTECH development blueprint from three key dimensions: strategic positioning, technology system, and market expansion.

Chairman Huang Zhihua, using the motto "Set grand ambitions, enter the mainstream, take the grand stage, and build a great business" as his guiding principle, quoted Tsinghua University's motto and Stephen Schwarzman's famous saying to inspire all employees to set ambitious goals. He clearly defined the company's three major positioning: Advanced laser source supplier serving precision manufacturing, Complex laser source system solutions provider at the Device Level, and a manufacturer of laser tools for engraving better life.

Outlining the future development path, Chairman Huang systematically elaborated on the "three-end expansion (C-end, B-end, F-end), three-tier product categories (consumer-grade, industrial-grade, equipment-grade), three major strategies (Major Markets, Key Accounts, Flagship Products). " He also directly addressed the challenges across business, technology, and management levels, proposing "lofty goals, efficient culture, and highly capable talent" as the key to breaking through and jointly propelling the company towards higher goals.

Subsequently, Vice President of R&D-Mr Li Chao delivered a speech titled “Expanding Breadth and Deepening Depth,” interpreting the implementation of the strategy from a technological perspective. Mr. Li emphasized that “expanding breadth” aims to establish and improve R&D system, while “Deepening Depth” focuses on building and strengthening core capabilities. Both approaches share the core objective of “rapidly, efficiently, and continuously creating value.” He stressed that “the fundamental purpose of quantitative accumulation is qualitative change,” calling on all employees and organizations at all levels to become powerful promoters and backbone forces in "building a grand stage."

Vice President of Marketing Mr Zhu Xing began his presentation with “Losses and Gains,” systematically reviewing the company's market performance and growth achievements in 2025. He highlighted that GZTECH achieved a breakthrough in overall revenue during this year, with significant progress across our three major product lines: consumer-grade, industrial-grade, and equipment-grade solutions. Mr Zhu emphasized that in 2026, GZTECH will adhere to the development philosophy of “striving not for the first place, but for continuous progress,” deepening our focus on six core sectors: consumer electronics, new energy, photovoltaics, 3C,flying marking, and AI artificial intelligence.

During the annual meeting, GZTECH honored outstanding teams and individuals in 2025, showcasing exemplary achievements across all fronts. These awards not only recognize accomplishments but also embody the organizational culture of “results-oriented, rapid action, and rejection of internal friction.” Award recipients expressed their gratitude, pledging to cherish the honor, continue their efforts, and grow together with the company on a new journey.
